New SIMs

Me and 4 my friends got SIM cards and now don't know how to pay. When we try to link our phone number with T-MOBILE account it's written that number is incorrect but I got a text message with confirmation code. What should we do to pay?

If they are prepaid SIM's, *233 would be the easiest way I can think of.  If they are postpaid SIM's, you can dial 611 from your device and the self-serve options should make it easy enough to pay through the automated system.

Did you already get this squared away? If not, where did you purchase the SIMs from? Have you tried to Community-2153 yet?
