returned phone using t mobile issued UPS label back in august 2020 sent proof of delivery (tracking #) been told they have the phone and will work on crediting my account (have voice mail) yet nothing.But boy oh boy are they great on hounding me to pay for the phone.Must be sprite hold overs working customer service and we all know how that went.what do you say t mobile going to step your game up?
