So here I am struggling to get my final bill from Verizon for weeks now because you know COVID and no one answers the phone or holds times are so long you wind up hanging up. No one at TMobile told me I had a certain amount of days to get this final bill. What I was told by TMobile was that I would not have any financial responsibility to Verizon once I switched over. They took care of it…..so on my way I went with my new phone until Verizon deducted $347 dollars from my checking account…..now I believe it is way past the deadline to submit for reimbursement. Some people said 90 days to submit some say 30! I hope its not too late….
