My husband and I bought new phones and switched to T-mobile online. Lots of trouble porting our numbers from AT&T and activating our phones. Went into a T mobile store--manager there did his magic--said that iPhones come with E-Sims. My number and phone now work. My husband’s phone still won’t work as a telephone, says “No Sim.” Please help.
