I’m trying to get two SIM cards for T-Mobile Prepaid. I want to switch from Google Fi. During the process of trying to complete the order, and getting my account updated, I was presented with a screen with the following: “Link your phone number to your My T-Mobile account”. I have entered my number multiple times and have never received a message and I cannot advance beyond this step. I don’t receive any errors either. A call to T-Mobile technical support was unsuccessful in fixing this glitch either. I even called Google to ask about not receiving automated messages for verification but they were unable to resolve the issue. What can I do to fix this?
