well it’s been about 12yrs since I left Verizon, who forgot about customer loyalty when they reached their peek, Yes the phone capabilities were number one, but they didn't care what they did to their oldest customers. Well it looks like Mr. Legere team got carried away with (copy and paste), and are following Verizen’s footsteps.

 

Not a happy phone trade in customer and the $50 dollar a month internet box quoted at store and changed to $60.
