On November 6th I ordered a Iphone 14 Pro Max. 2 days later i received a email stating it had shipped. USPS tracking number is no good. After a ton of texts and a bunch of phone conversations all i get is we will get it fixed and the also stated they would “put a smile on my face”. I spoke with a supervisor 2 times….actually I’m on hold waiting for another supervisor, and they tell me the same thing. They all say that they will have the phone shipped out. Still nothing but broken promises and a whole bunch of nothing. My question is why can’t I just cancel the order, they are telling me I can’t. I owe them nothing as I paid off everything I owe them…..Frustrating!
