I NEED to change my phone number ASAP. Preferably tonight for sure. Can I do that myself in the app somehow?

You need to call Tmobile support or go to a store to request a new number.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Nope no way just tried. Must call for this. And a side note they are going to tell you it cost a 1 time charge to have it changed.
