Number porting issue - wait time before trying again

I’m new to T-Mobile and trying to port my number from previous carrier.   When I tried the first time, the account information was wrong and the porting did not go through.  When I contacted customer care, they asked me to wait for as the previous request is still processing.

What is the typical wait time before I can try porting with the correct account information ?
