I have only had t-mobile cell/internet for nine months.  I have not had one correct billing cycle due to trade-in credits being erroneously removed.  I will then call into customer service to resolve the issue, and they happily state that they have fixed the mistake and the situation should be resolved within one billing cycle. The first time I made this call was in Feb/March.  They accomplished a bunch of back credits/promotions but they still messed up the actual billing.  I call again in July and ask to elevate the problem because their team didn’t fix it last time.  Once again, I’m placated and promised that this will be fixed.  I asked for documentation within the phone call of what was discussed and they refused to produce such an item stating that they have no capability to communicate.  T-MOBILE is a communications company, elevate the situation until you can find someone that can actually follow-through!  No luck but I was assured I would be contacted within 72hrs to further address my concerns.  Sadly, nothing was accomplished during this July phone call, no call back and they didn’t fix their mistake with my billing.

This brings me to today, I did not want to repeat my story so I asked them to read all of my previous comms.  They play the same games and give me the same assurances, so I once again asked for documentation.  They stated that they can’t do that but I could talk to legal.  So now I need a lawyer to actually get anything done with T-Mobile?

Ultimately, T-Mobile’s business strategy is to incorrectly bill customers and then make it impossible to resolve.  Placate the customer over and over again, and offer no additional compensation for the hours and hours of phone calls to customer service to fix the plethora of mistakes that occurred by T-Mobile?  Disgust is the understatement of the year.  Military members, stay clear of T-Mobile because they are a sham!

So, where do I post these complaints?  I also utilized T-Mobile through COSTCO, how do I communicate to the correct department that T-Mobile is scamming their customers?  Any advice for next steps?  I’m all ears.
