WTH is wrong with the online account?! I’ve been trying for hours! Chat can’t help with my issue but I might be able to fix it on my own IF I could get in! Chat calls it an “inconvenience”. That’s bull! Happens too much! Especially for the rates they charge! Verizon here I come!
