I just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. When I updated my Outlook (Office 365) macro that sends meeting reminders to use tmomail.net I no longer receive the text on my phone. I do receive texts when I send an email from Outlook to xxxxxxxxxx.tmomail.net; just not from my macro. Any thoughts? Here is the macro:

Private Sub Application_Reminder(ByVal Item As Object)
  Dim objMsg As MailItem
  ' create new outgoing message
  Set objMsg = Application.CreateItem(olMailItem)
   ' your reminder notification address
  objMsg.To = "xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net"
  objMsg.Subject = Item.Subject
  ' must handle all 4 types of items that can generate reminders
  Select Case Item.Class
     Case olAppointment '26
        objMsg.Body = Item.Start & " - " & Item.End & vbCrLf & Item.Location & vbCrLf & Item.Body
        objMsg.Send
     Case olContact '40
        objMsg.Body = _
          "Contact: " & Item.FullName & vbCrLf & _
          "Phone: " & Item.BusinessTelephoneNumber & vbCrLf & _
          "Contact Details: " & vbCrLf & Item.Body
      Case olMail '43
        objMsg.Body = _
          "Due: " & Item.FlagDueBy & vbCrLf & _
          "Details: " & vbCrLf & Item.Body
      Case olTask '48
        objMsg.Body = _
          "Start: " & Item.StartDate & vbCrLf & _
          "End: " & Item.DueDate & vbCrLf & _
          "Details: " & vbCrLf & Item.Body
  End Select
  Set objMsg = Nothing
End Sub

I have a couple thoughts.

First one might be kinda strange, but can you text with a subject line text that’s less than 50 characters. If the message still isn’t coming through, reach out to our Tech Care team. They can put together a Trouble Ticket and get our engineers involved.

I tried a very short subject; Test. Nothing. I will reach out to the Tech Team. Thanks.
