I was able to download the call usage history for my one of the lines on my account going back to December 4, 2020. How can I retrieve the call usage history going back to January 2020?

You can see usage going back to 18 months on a post paid plan in your MyTmobile account.

You need to call or go to a Tmobile store. They only store 18 months on line.
