I am getting letters from a collection agency saying i owe tmobile over 1300$. Its in my old married name and I disputed it because if i had debt I wouldn’t have service with tmobile now. How can i find out if this is legit? They gave me this client account #818741203

I’m not a lawyer but I think you can pretty much ignore demands for payment over 5 years old. There’s a legal concept called laches and unless you’ve been out of the country or hiding, it should apply.
