I submitted a payment plan for July the 4th and the 18th, my first payment was due today the 4th, and it usually debits it from my card. I forgot to deposit but when I did and tried to make a payment, I believe my line had already been cut. My payment arrangement says my payment is “processing”. Can anyone help me by explaining? The operator says it will post on July 4th, will I have to pay to reactivate my lines? Or will it work normally when payment goes through?
