Almost a year i have not been able to use the hot spot that I pay for. I've spoken to multiple people and basically got told I did use it but my device will not allow it. I got frustrated and swore id leave sprint tmobile whoever this is. My point is you take money from me easily but have zero resources to view help my issue. I have seen photos emails and im not going into a store unless its to cancel so help me please. Because $200 a month is insane and I dont use any of this crap.
