I feel like I am getting the run around from customer service. I called yesterday to have my phone unlocked. One person told me it would take 48 hours, and then changed her mind and said 24 hours. Another person told me it would take 3-5 business days. Today when I called I was told my unlock request was approved by Apple and that an email was sent to me. However, I did not receive an email and it is not in my spam folder. The customer service rep said I would receive an email with unlock instructions in an hour....however, that did not happen. My phone is paid off. At this point, I just want for what I was promised and to be able to use my phone again with my new provider. Can someone please help me and give me a straight up answer at this point?
