pls help, I can't login my t-mobile accout

Hi there,

I bought a SIM card on amazon, and can activate it, also can login to support.t-mobile.com, but can't login to my.t-mobile.com, it always says " Sorry, but we are currently experiencing problems with our server. Please try again later."

Could anyone help me to find out a solution? thanks in advance.

Hey there! Sorry you're having such a hard time! What kind of phone are you using and what kind of browser? Or are you trying to log in using the T-Mobile app?  Do you have the same problem when trying to log in from a different device or computer?

1. chrome and firefox browsers on my phone and my computer

2. t-mobile app

but still no success, same issue.

Hm, interesting. I see from your OP that you purchased your SIM from Amazon- are you prepaid or postpaid?  Have you already registered for my.t-mobile.com?
