Porting a single number from my plan to a different provider.


It’s been quite a while since I have done this so need to know what info I need.


My daughter’s are both on my plan along with my wife and I. My eldest daughter’s at that age where she needs to start paying for her own phones (or her fiance, idc). When she moves over to her own account or onto his, which is at a different provider, what all information will I need to bring/know. I did it with my son about ten years ago but can’t for the life of me remember what all I needed to have with me. My passwords and pin of course, anything else?
