I ported 3 numbers from another carrier 5 days ago. However, one of the numbers got stuck and didn't go through. They sent me to TMobile store. They told me they would charge me $30 to activate the line I already activated and told me to go to Costco where I started service. They called into TMobile and were told it would be 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. I need sometime to fix this.
