I recently switched my account from postpaid to prepaid. However, now I cannot see the last invoice. How can I make a payment against that?

I wish we were able to help out more via the forums, but your situation will require you to Community-2153 because there isn't a way to make a payment online for a canceled account. The postpaid account is now the canceled account and the prepaid account is the active account. Let us know if you have any other questions.
