Hi,

 

I am trying to pay my account for prepaid. I input all the information and when i get to the zipcode section, the webpage tells me the zipcode I enter is “invalid”. I am paying with a foriegn card. I have done this in the past with no problem and the payment page even allows my country to be selected. Ordinarily i would think that there is a restriction on a foriegn card being used, but the page allows other countries to be selected and i have paid this way in the past. Is T-Mobile using only US database for zipcode verification on transactions?

 

Any help on how to pay this is appreciated.

Did you have any luck with this? I have the same issue. Was working fine on Autopay until my foreign acct visa expired and i had a reissued one.


Have you tried using the ZIP for the address you used when you signed up for your prepaid service?  As an alternative, have your credit card company add a US address as a secondary address on your credit card and use that address for making a payment with T-Mobile.
