Prepaid SIM RESERVED status-can't use it and can't get REFUND

Hi!

     I have bought a SIM kit online- prepaid plan (due to COVID I can't go to a store and buy it).

     I have called for activation at T-Mobile customer support but they are telling me the sim appears as RESERVED status and it doesn't work.

I have waited the 2 hours and called again, got the same answer and they told me to call after 24h. They also said I might not be able to get a REFUND and the sim might not work even after the 24h.

         I don't really know what to do. The money means alot for me and I really need the SIM.

         I am desperate, someone please HELP!! 😥

Unfortunately prepaid service is non refundable whether used or not used.

Your best bet is to reach out to T-Force using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media platforms,

Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help activate the sim for you.

I called 2-3 times today and yesterday as well. Still NO luck!! 😥 I don't understand why is this happening. And nobody seems to be very helpful....they are telling me to wait 2h, then wait another 24h. No solution tho .....:😢

Try messaging our T-Force team through the social media links on our Community-2153​ page. They have account access and can help.
