Problem with Insurance coverage replacement

I was sent a blocked iPhone and have to return the old phone.  To do so I had to call the insurance company and I was told they would send me a new shipping label via email.  Called 3-4 times now and no email.  Has anyone had a problem receiving emails form the insurance company or T-Mobile?  Yes, I’ve checked the junk mail.
