I moved from the US 2 years ago. My WhatsApp account atacched to T-mobile number. Now I live in other country. The number is inactive for 1.5 years. Beacause T-Moblile doesnt work in this country. Today my phone stucked and was recovered. Now I need to login my WhatsApp account, but I dont have that number to get SMS message. How I can login? I do have reserve copy of chats at my icloud

You need to contact WhatsApp to figure that out. T-Mobile can’t help you with a number you don’t have. Because it has been a year and a half based on your recollection, that number is probably in use with someone else and has been for quite some time.
