Is it a post paid or prepaid plan? If it’s a prepaid plan the number probably has been reassigned. If it’s a post paid plan and the account is suspended you can get the number back.
It is a prepaid plan and I would like to be able to recover the number to be able to maintain the line with the residential services. the number is 786-3957276

I don’t work for Tmobile but since it’s a prepaid plan the number has been put into the number pool to be recycled.
