I made a payment to Tmobile for two phones and some other equipment. They never applied the payment to my account and kept charging me the same. It has been five months and every time I call they say the refund is on its way, that I have to be patience and wait two week. Well it has been 5 months and no refund to be seen. I don’t know who to call anymore, because the representatives just repeat a rehearsed message sayin, “the refund is on its wait, you have to wait two more weeks”. I don't have an email or a chat where to contact them. So, I’m afraid they stole that money. What can I do?
