refund for switching to tmobile

so this is the first time i’ve asked a question here, and after i posted it, i see thats kinda obvious….what i’m trying to figure out is exactly what i need to do to get the refund from the promotion where tmobile pays you back if you cancel your service with your old provider while still under contract with them.  also….the promotion is supposed to pay your netflix bill as well...but i’m still paying mine, so any help with that would be great too...thank you very much!
