I’ve asked this question before and the answer I received is that T-Mobile will not ship a SIM abroad.

You can have someone buy a SIM and ship it to you but I get mixed answers on if a SIM can even be activated without being on T-Mobile’s network. Some say yes and others say they’ve tried and it didn’t work.

The safe thing to do is to have someone buy a SIM, Do a SIM-swap in a phone with access to T-Mobile’s network then, after making sure it works, remove the SIM and ship just the SIM to you at your foreign location.
