wasted 3 hours in store today, drove 12 miles, customer service rep in store did not know how to process my payment for home internet to get the device that was available in the store - he called corporate who then processed my order and said it would arrive tomorrow - which is now come to find out will not be here for 3 - 5 days - great first day customer service - why should i keep you and not just return the device?
