I had Sprint for about 15 years. I didn’t think there could ever be worse customer service than Sprint. Then it was switched over to T-Mobile and you guys win!  What a great picture but you guys suck. I set up a payment plan and when the first payment was due, I got a notice that said the payment didn’t go through. Ok. So then I try to manually enter a payment. I get a message that the original payment is being processed. Ok. I try to chat with customer service because I do not want to pay twice. I’m funny that way, I like my money. After a half hour on the chat whoever I was talking to only got as far as asking me when the original payment was scheduled for. Then this morning I wake up to a message that my payment is now late. Like I said, you guys suck and I am shopping for a new carrier. I have been using my personal phone for business and am getting ready to set up a business account to keep them separated. Guess which carrier I’m NOT gonna use for that?
