Can the PAH view my text message content or just the usage summary (phone number + time stamp)?

Unless Digits, or some other app that directs messages to another device.

the only thing anyone sees is a phone number and time of a text.  They will not see the content of said text.

Thanks, Tidbits.  A business partner/colleague added me to his phone plan and gave me a sim card because I dont have a credit history in the USA yet.
So I was wondering how much he can see.

I would know if Digits were installed?

what phone are you using? Do you have your phone number?  Make a T-Mobile ID.  IF one is already made then chances are I would say it's enabled just because you need to make an ID to turn it on.

T-Mobile DIGITS

I had to make my own ID today for my phone number.  There was no existing ID for this number.  So that probably means that DIGITS is not activated?

correct.  So if you use your own device then he couldn't install anything to see your messages

If you’re worried, use Signal.

if youre worried about marketing texts, spam etc..you should probably avoid posting your email address...including using it as a screen name
