I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, I have never had to wait for a call to be connected beyond 10-15 minutes, tonight I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes, after they said 45 minutes. I called back, another 2 hours that they will call me back. I need a new phone, but can’t get one unless I get them on the phone. Now I’m totally reconsidering staying with them, go somewhere else, get a phone through them.
