Sprint Issue

So...I got my phone from Walmart. I forgot to set up my account within the time frame they gave me, and so I don’t have an account associated with my inactive phone number. I tried to set up a sprint account WITH the phone number, but they said the number was inactive or the bill was long past due, or something along those lines.


I tried paying the phone bill with my email, but...they just took the money and didn’t refund it, even after my data plan is still not active. I want a refund but I can’t get in contact with support, because, you guessed it, my phone is off. Chat takes forever and I don’t get the answers I need.
