I suspended my daughters line in June & was not billed the $10.00 per your guidelines. Why was I billed $60 something dollars instead of the $10.00 I'm on the magenta plan. 

 

All billing related questions need to be addressed with Customer, which can be reached by calling 611 from your T-Mobole line.  You can also reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to also inquire about charges on your bill.
