switch account to employee account

so i just paid off my old employee account, and i had to start a new individual account, but i need to switch this one to my employee discount, do i have to email the department again or is there a faster way??

I would e-mail them just to make sure everything gets done properly.

i thought the email went to employee accounts, but i cant find the right email

I am not too sure.  Maybe give Customer Care a call and see if they can get it done for you.
