Has anyone had the experience of having their entire account frozen for suspected fraud and then submitting required documents and having one document accepted and having another one denied. I’m completely confused on how a Drivers License can be valid but the social security card is not?
If someone could please clarify the practices of the Consumer Protection Department at T-Mobile
they really said to go to the social security admin which in todays era is psychically impossible.
I really don’t want to take 6 months for an in person appointment at he social security admin.
