I have been a customer now since 1 Jan 2022.

I signed up to get the 5g internet at $50 a month.

but have been paying $70 because I was unable to setup an account with the email address I had signed up with. today I took a chance and signed up with another email account and luckley I was able to create an account. but now I am unable to add my 5g internet line to the account. and get an error message stating “our lines are crossed”

I just want to pay my internet bill. and not sit on the phone all night with a t-mobile reprsentitive

this is what has been holding me up from actualy switching my familys mobile plan over to t-mobile
