T-Mobile,

Loyal customer hear since VoiceStream and Aerial days.  It’s very frustrating that a tech company hasn’t yet addressed compatibility with login to my Tmobile account via FireFox [latest version 93].  I’m in it right now typing this, however…

it absolutely hates:

https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2/

https://www.t-mobile.com/signin?

I’d loved to see this fixed, instead of timeout or messages like we must have got our wires crossed.  Thank you.

I'm using Firefox mobile right now and have no issue signing into my account. It's the same sign in as this forum so that's kind of strange you can sign into the forums but have trouble with Mytmobile.

Had the exact same issue this afternoon, using the T-Mobile Home Internet 5G gateway. Happened on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Ended up using a phone hotspot to log into T-Mobile.

This evening, things appear to be back to normal.

Haven’t been back in a few weeks.  Tried today; low & behold, still on Firefox 93.0 but I’m now able to get in.  I can only suspect something has changed with T-Mobile website login to allow better compatibility.  Whatever the reason, glad it works now and hope it continues to do so.

Actually, I’ve been having this issue for quite a while and there doesn’t seem to be a way to notify the webmaster (or anyone else) that there’s a problem.

I can long in, see my account, etc. But once I press “pay bill,” it takes me to a screen that is all white (i.e., the page never loads). So, I have to switch over to another (less secure) browser.

Firefox is one of the top 3 browsers in the U.S. There’s nothing going on on T-Mobile’s website that could reasonably be incompatible with it. It’s a business website. More importantly, the page where they collect money. It’s not a special effects extravaganza.

FIX THIS!

I’m confirming there’s an issue here.  I just tried to update my autopay settings on firefox.  When the page loads, something flickers on the screen for maybe about 5 milliseconds.  Not enough time to even really see what is flickering.  And then just a white browser screen looks back at me.
