This morning I put in a call to T-Mobile for a few questions I had on a recently returned device. The woman I spoke to was so personable and knowledgeable. She was able to ease my mind on a few questions I had and also gave me a few pointers on how to keep my kids engaged in their remote learning. We just chatted like human beings and there was nothing robotic about her responses. THIS is what customer service should look/sound like.
It’s been my experience that every time I call T-Mobile, the reps I speak to are always so helpful and kind. It’s like instant ease as soon as they get on the line. I can’t say enough about it and have never posted on this community page until now.
