T-Mobile is great!


As a long-time Verizon customer (20+ years) that moved to A&T 2 years ago, I was initially hesitant to switch providers, but the challenges I faced with AT&T made the decision to move to T-Mobile an easy one. Your "switch and keep" program was a factor in my transition, and I am delighted to report that the coverage has exceeded my expectations, alleviating any concerns I had after over two decades with Verizon.

I was particularly impressed with the customer service I received when I encountered issues with the promotion while adding a fifth line to my account. The customer service agent's willingness to honor the switch and keep rebate despite the challenges was a testament to T-Mobile's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the convenience of communicating through various channels, including chat and social media platforms like Facebook, has made my experience with T-Mobile seamless and efficient. The prompt and effective assistance I received through these channels is commendable.

In addition to the reliable service and outstanding customer support, the promotions offered by T-Mobile, such as complimentary Netflix and T-Mobile Tuesday deals, have been a delightful bonus. These perks have not only enhanced my overall experience but have also added value to my subscription.

I wanted to take a moment to commend T-Mobile for the all-around excellent service provided. It is clear that T-Mobile prioritizes its customers, and it is this level of service that sets you apart in the industry.
