I have ben trying to get access to this service that is to be provided as a result of the breach and am getting the run-around. I use the signup form which results in a message that I’ll be receiving an email which never comes. I call tmo support, they tell me to call McAfee. Call McAfee, they tell me to call tmo. Anyone else go through this hassle? Guidance?
