I cancelled a line and was charged for it over 20 months. T-Mobile originally said they don’t keep the recordings so they can’t prove I cancelled. A dispute resolution person ,Billy # 1296241 , said a supervisor listened to the recordings which hadn’t been kept (according to Emmanuel ) and that I had never cancelled. I am asking for access to the recordings. The “suspended” line was not used in the entire 20 months and the owner of the line in fact died. Who do I contact?
