I have only been with T Mobile two months. The first week my phone (Brand New) $1200. The trips I made to the store to have it taken care of was 5 hours of my time. New Phone comes in and they charge me to connect it. What I have been a Sprint Customer for 21 years and never have I had such problems. I did auto pay T-Mobile uses my card like it is a charge card. They up my bill by $46.00 in one month. I have spent now 1 hour and 30 mins waiting for someone to answer not including all the time I have called to get these questions answered. Is anyone else having this problem? I am ready to go to a company that respects your service.
