T Mobile site not working

I tried logging in to renew my phone service. I had lost my phone for three weeks and just found it to find that my service had expired on my pre-paid phone, so I went to pay the bill to get my phone working. Unfortunately, the site just keeps saying its wires are crossed and something isn’t right, but my log in information was entered correctly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the site, and normally I would call to pay my bill if the site isn’t working. But since my service has already run out, I don’t have the option to call. Someone please help. Is the site down or something? What’s going wrong here, and how do I fix it so I can get my phone working again?
