T-MOBILE store's have bad customer service training

someone change my name on my account now they say I need to visit a T-MOBILE store to fix this I think it's crazy and no one has a clue what they are doing it's like asking dumb and dumber a question.  Spent over one hour in T-MOBILE store

What a waste of my time never again. Thinking about leaving T-MOBILE again

My apologies about your account. A name change should be a quick fix at our store once you show your ID. Did the store rep mention if they were having any issue with getting your name corrected? If they weren't able to get it resolved, did they give you any info as to what was happening?

As MC mentioned above, changing the name on your account shouldn't be a hard task. Was the name not spelled correctly or do you need a legal name change? Did you have the required documents with you to change your name? We'd love to help but need a little bit more detail about what happened in the store.
