After switching from Sprint to T-Mobile, our service was terrible so we went to another carrier. Now T-Mobile won’t release our phone numbers that we’ve had for 20 years. 3-way calls with the new carrier, T-Mobile & ourselves and T-Mobile says they don’t receive the porting requests, and won’t do anything to help us. We’re talking with a foreign call center that completely doesn’t care and doesn’t understand what we need. T-Mobile says they’ll escalate the matter and call us back and then they never do. WTH is the problem with this company?!?
