technical error when making a payment

Hi,

i tried to make a payment on this Monday May 30, 2022. After submitting my payment setup, it pops up a message saying “there is a technical error”.

How can I make a payment? Why is there a technical error?

thnak you and I look forward to hearing from TMobile Support asap, so I can make a payment on time.

I also have the same issue and T-Mobile can’t figure out why so I can’t get the autopay discount.
