at home or away phone doesnt connect properly . static sound and lost call
also what all have you attempted on your side to try and remedy this? restart the phone? does it eventually improve once you leave that area by say 5+ miles or does the problem follow you all over town? are there any other TMO devices around you? and if yes are they working fine or are they running into this as well?

That sounds like an issue with your device. You don't get potential static unless you are using 2G/3G. You should get using VoLTE, which would sound more like digital garble than static. What device are you using, did you purchase it from T-Mobile, and are your APN settings correct?
