Tmobile App brings up my daughter's account

I want to see my phone information in the tmobile app, but when I log in with my phone # or email, it brings up my daughter’s account information (name, phone #, etc.). I am the primary account holder. I cannot switch to another account when I log in, likely because the app thinks my daughter isn’t the primary account holder.  It used to work well several years ago, but then stopped working. I’ve called T-mobile and they didn’t know why. It’s been a few years and it’s still not working properly. Any thoughts?  Anybody else experiencing this?
